Believing terrorists will launch a nuclear attack on Los Angeles, the obsessively paranoid Carl (Hill Harper) joins forces with his new buddy Tom Arnold (who plays himself) to protect himself and his loved ones. His neighbors and friends think Carl is crazy -- especially when he builds a bomb shelter. But worst of all, his frenzied activity threatens to destroy his marriage with Viv (Robinne Lee) in this satirical comedy.
