Fast cars may fuel the action, but it's the complicated relationships between the folks who drive and maintain them that steer the real drama in this action-packed street-racing flick from director Axel Sand. Running the auto shop that's ground zero for the racing scene, Katie (Erin Cahill) has a circle of friends that includes a pizza boy with ties to the mob, a cop who's a stealth racer and a bored housewife with a taste for speed.
