Kristen Bell provides the voice of an otherwise anonymous "Gossip Girl" blogger who narrates the action in this hit CW series that's set in an exclusive private boarding school in New York City's Upper East Side. The plot, of course, centers on the day-to-day dramas of the school's most privileged students, including Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively) and Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) -- former friends who are now bitter rivals.
