Fanny Hill (Rebecca Night) leaves her rural life behind and heads to London, where she experiences every sexual dalliance imaginable: lesbianism, flagellation, sadomasochism and much more, all the while hoping to reunite with her one true love, Charles (Alex Robertson). Director James Hawes's adaptation of John Cleland's sultry 18th-century novel, Memoirs of a Woman of Pleasure, also stars Emma Stansfield, Alison Steadman and Hugo Speer.
