In this complex tale of race relations in post-Sept. 11 America, Victor Saad (Donnie Keshawarz), an Arab-American convicted of rape, is freed when his African-American accuser recants her story. Victor enlists a journalist friend to tell his story -- not knowing the man had an affair with his alleged victim. With Victor sleeping on his couch, the journalist quickly finds his own life and relationships complicated by the secrets the man reveals.
