Released in 1992, this contemporary adaptation of Shakespeare's comedy stars Emma Croft as young noblewoman Rosalind; Andrew Tiernan as her suitor, Orlando; and Celia Bannerman as her cousin, Celia. Performed in modern dress, the classic drama of ardent romance and false identities preserves much of the hilarity and elegant language of the original play. The cast also features veteran actors Cyril Cusack and James Fox.
