Bill Foster (Michael Douglas) is having a very bad day: He's been fired from his job, gets stuck in a traffic jam and is forced to walk through the sizzling L.A. streets. As the obstacles mount and his temper frays, Foster begins lashing out at society's injustices. Joel Schumacher's dark comedy also stars Robert Duvall as an overzealous cop who gets wind of Foster's near-psychotic rampage and sets out to bring him down.
