Michael Pare stars as Agent Griffin, a CIA operative who ventures with his partner to the ancient city of Bucharest in Romania to find out who's behind an elaborate kidnapping that has the American government cowering in embarrassment. What he finds out stuns the stoic spy: Apparently, the city is bereft from attacks carried out by a gargoyle that's come to life, seething in rage and resentment.
