Fact or fiction? That's what grad student Mark (Daniel Gillies) and his chums (Estella Warren, Ashley Scott, Jeff Davis and Clayne Crawford) want to determine when they visit a Louisiana mansion allegedly haunted by restless spirits. It seems an unhinged young man killed his parents there, and the supernatural family drama is still unfolding. But the group soon finds they're in over their heads as they encounter one bizarre event after another.
