Synopsis
Before his AIDS-related death at the age of 31 in 1990 cut his promising career short, pop artist Keith Haring catapulted from anonymous New York City graffiti artist to being dubbed the successor to Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein. Aiming to shed light on his astonishing artistic legacy, this profile of Haring's work and his worldview contains interviews with gallery owners and friends, including actor Dennis Hopper.
