The big fish in a small town, hunky jock Troy had everything he desired in high school. But after graduation, Troy begins to realize that all he really wants is the love of his best friend, Merrick. Merrick, however, only pays attention to Troy when his girlfriend is out of town. As the confines of life in a small town begin to wear Troy down, he grapples with his unfulfilling life, his aching heart and Merrick's selfish actions.
