In this popular long-running television series, former special ops agent Angus MacGyver (Richard Dean Anderson) now works as a freelancer, using his brains rather than brute force to bring down drug lords, corrupt dictators and other bad guys. MacGyver travels unarmed by choice but manages to use his considerable wits, duct tape and items he finds to create bombs, escape from danger and save lives.
