At a junkyard in Butcher's Mill, Ill., lovable losers Buddy and Earl (Lance Barber and Billie Worley) cook up a scheme to kidnap a congressman (Chevy Chase). But when the politician has an accident at the local meatpacking plant, their plan turns rotten fast.
