It's time to construct a Christmas miracle when Bob the Builder and his friends take on an important holiday assignment: getting the town ready for its annual Christmas celebration. But things look bleak when the featured act's lead singer gets sick. Also, the musical group's most prolific songwriter (voiced by Elton John) can't pen a hit and -- worst of all -- Bob's twin, Tom, might not make it in time for the show!
