After an encounter with a beautiful young psychic, teenage Koichi discovers that not only does he have psychic powers of his own, but that he's the heir of an alien who crashed-landed on Earth several centuries ago. Adapted from the 1970s-era manga by Mitsuteru Yokoyama, this anime adventure follows Koichi in his efforts to protect mankind from a maniacal cult of psychics hell-bent on taking over the world.
