With Tokyo's fate hanging in the balance, Godzilla (Tsutomu Kitagawa) tries to destroy Japan's nuclear reactors and power plants while battling an alien spaceship that morphs into a gargantuan beast named Orga. At the same time, the Crisis Control Intelligence (CCI) agency, led by Katagiri (Hiroshi Abe), and the Godzilla Prediction Network (GPN) attempt to manage the laser-breathing monster.
