A convict is set up as the fall guy in an assassination plot in this crime drama. Liberated from a prison van by an FBI agent, jailbird Iowa (Justin Lauer) is promised his freedom in exchange for finding the loot he stashed years earlier. While searching for the cash, he hooks up with a runaway (Heather Waters), and the two try to escape the feds. But when they wind up at a presidential debate, Iowa realizes that there are larger issues at stake.
