In this third installment of the series, Tum Tum (Chad Power), Colt (Max Elliott Slade) and Rocky (Michael Treanor) return for some nonstop ninja action. The brothers are again spending the summer with their grandfather (Victor Wong), a former martial-arts master, when they band together to help an Indian boy (Crystle Lightning) stop an evil businessman (Charles Napier) from dumping toxic waste on the tribe's land.
