Director Rob Cohen presents this biopic on the short life of martial arts icon Bruce Lee (played by Jason Scott Lee, of no relation), who overcame racism and adversity to triumph as an international film star. Lee's controversial death at 32 rocked legions of fans and his wife, Linda (played by Lauren Holly). Based on Linda's 1989 book &NFi;The Bruce Lee Story&NFi_;, the film takes some artistic license but generally sticks to the facts.
