Photographer Chet is obsessed with finding "Miss Right" -- and it looks like the gorgeous Jazz fits the bill. Jazz is the leader of an all-female band that's looking for work, and her buddy Mad Dog thinks he's found a perfect way to help her out: He'll run a bikini contest that will draw everyone's attention … uh, even the cops! When Chet, Jazz and Mad Dog end up as roommates in a beach house, they're in for a summer they'll never forget.
