Synopsis
Steven Seagal is in fine, butt-kicking form in this action-packed follow-up to his 1988 star maker, Above the Law. This time, a corrupt California politico and his henchmen gun down Det. Mason Storm (Seagal) and leave him for dead. Nursed back to health by the lovely Andy Stewart (Kelly LeBrock, Seagal's wife at the time), Storm sets out for revenge, and his enemies are about to learn a tough lesson: Mason Storm is, indeed, hard to kill.
