Col. Scott McCoy (Chuck Norris) and his Delta Force commandos battle a Colombian drug cartel in this action-packed sequel. Hounded by federal agents, despicable drug kingpin Ramon Cota (Billy Drago) kidnaps a trio of American narcotics agents and arranges the death of McCoy's partner. Naturally, the colonel wastes no time mounting an attack on Cota's compound to free the hostages, hunt down Cota's minions and seize the cartel's cache of cocaine
