Dr. Frankenstein (Rossano Brazzi) continues his dark and dangerous experiments with life and death, this time resurrecting a giant Neanderthal named Goliath (Loren Ewing). The doctor's daughter, Mary (Simonetta Vitelli), and her friend Krista (Christiane Rucker) find themselves caught in the middle of a power struggle between Frankenstein and his evil henchman, Genz (Michael Dunn), who sends Goliath off on a murderous rampage.
