After dressing up in disguises, Sid (Sid James) and his criminal cohorts attempt to steal a valuable shipment of contraceptive pills from a maternity hospital, but Sir Bernard Cutting (Kenneth Williams) and the rest of the quirky hospital staff always seem to be lurking around. This installment of the hilarious Carry On series also stars Charles Hawtrey, Joan Sims, Hattie Jacques and Bernard Bresslaw.
