When a plane fails en route to Athens, pilot Jamie Faulkner (Lex Barker) makes an emergency landing in Beirut. Now the crew has 24 hours to kill until the aircraft is repaired, and purser Norman Jones (Mickey Rooney) seems to be up to something shifty in this classic thriller. Followed by various characters, including smuggler Malouf (Walter Slezak), Jones gets himself into trouble, and Faulkner attempts to come to his rescue.
