Joseph Javorsky (Tor Johnson) is a noted Russian nuclear scientist with a plan to defect to the United States in this good/bad camp classic. A violent atomic accident, however, transforms Javorsky into a hulking mutant who goes on a vicious rampage, killing those in his path. B movie maestro Coleman Francis provides a rambling, drunken-sounding narration to replace the soundtrack, which was lost in production!
