Reformed thief Kelly Olson (Doug Wilson) returns to Los Angeles after his brother is killed. But the local cops aren't convinced he's gone straight and want to force him out of town in this classic crime drama. As he searches for his brother's killer, Kelly finds that even his own mother (Beppie De Vries) has turned against him. But with the support of his girlfriend, Jill (Jeanne Baird), he doesn't give up hope.
