Jesse (Richard Gere) is a two-bit car thief who's running from the law after murdering a cop in this sexy remake of the 1961 French thriller. As Jesse attempts to flee the country and start a new life, he meets a stunning French college girl (Valerie Kaprisky) in Las Vegas and convinces her to join him in his dash for the Mexican border.
