When reporter Larry Brand (Mark Miller) is sent to Europe to document the culture of Swedish sexuality, his research leads him to an encounter with drug-addicted nightclub singer Mona Mace (Anita Thallaug) in this 1950s exploitation flick. Larry becomes romantically entangled with Mona and resolves to help free her from her controlling drug dealer (Stig Järrel), but he quickly realizes he's in over his head.
