Roy Rogers (playing himself) and his beloved Trigger square off against Andrew Willard (Ralph Morgan), a devious landowner. Opposing the construction of a new highway, Willard dispatches his toughest henchman, a man named Devery, to prevent the road workers from completing their job. When not mixing it up with Devery and his pals, Rogers busies himself in an effort to rehabilitate a gang of tough street kids. Go Roy!
